New partnership with SeaKeepers South Pacific

Westhaven Marina, Silo Marina and Auckland Central Marina are excited to announce a new partnership with SeaKeepers South Pacific – an international not-for-profit organisation that connects the boating community with marine research, conservation and education initiatives around the world.

As part of Auckland's boating community, we're fortunate to have some of New Zealand's most incredible marine environments right on our doorstep. Through this new partnership, we're looking forward to giving our customers and visiting vessels the opportunity to get involved in voluntary marine science and conservation initiatives that help protect them.

SeaKeepers works alongside boat owners, crew, scientists, educators and conservation groups to support projects ranging from citizen science and educational programmes through to marine research and scientific expeditions. Their work gives the boating community unique opportunities to contribute directly to ocean science and conservation efforts.

Throughout the year, we'll share opportunities for customers to get involved in SeaKeepers programmes and activities, whether that's contributing to science projects, supporting educational outreach or learning more about the marine environments we all enjoy.

We're proud to be partnering with SeaKeepers South Pacific and look forward to working alongside our marina communities to help protect and better understand the waters that make boating in Auckland so special.
