Customer Satisfaction Survey

Once again, we extend our gratitude to those who provided feedback in last year's customer satisfaction survey. Your valuable input has guided us in identifying areas for improvement.

In response to some of the suggestions received, we have taken steps to improve our laundry and shower facilities. As part of this effort, we have recently installed new, high-quality push-to-exit buttons in these areas, and introduced fresh signage at the Ponsonby Cruising Club laundry and showers. Please refer to the photos below for reference.

If you used our Ponsonby Cruising Club or T pier facilities within the past year, you likely received an email last year containing a brief survey regarding our laundry and shower services. We want to express our appreciation to those berth holders who took the time to participate in this survey.

Your feedback highlighted that users prefer to keep the current number of laundry machines rather than sacrificing some for additional folding space. Additionally, many users indicated a preference for cashless payment options. As a result, we're currently in the process of implementing a cashless solution and aim to have new machines installed by the end of July. In the meantime, we've created a customised unit within the Ponsonby Cruising Club laundry to enhance its appearance and serve as a future location for the cashless payment system.

Your opinions matter greatly to us, and our annual survey provides a platform for you to express your views about the marina, aiding us in future planning endeavours.

The 2024 survey will be sent out sometime in March, so please keep an eye on your email inbox for an invitation to participate. Your input helps us identify areas for improvement, so we encourage you all to complete the survey. Moreover, all completed surveys will go in the draw to win one of five $50 vouchers redeemable at one of our fantastic marina businesses.
