If you are a visitor to Westhaven you are welcome to park in designated public (white) spaces, but please observe the time restrictions. If you park in the reserved (yellow) spaces, or stay longer than the allowed time, your vehicle may be ticketed or even towed away.

Permit holders - use yellow or white spaces

If you are a berth holder, you should have received one or two special permits.  These permits allow you to park your vehicle in the parks with parallel yellow lines, or in the white zones.  The permits enable you to access and use your berth and the Westhaven Marina facilities, but may only be used for Marina related activities. Please make sure the permit is displayed visibly in the front windscreen of your vehicle.  Failure to display your permit may lead to your car being ticketed or towed at your expense.

Please be aware that the permits do not entitle you to use any parking at Westhaven for non-Marina related activities, including parking while working in or visiting areas outside the Westhaven boat harbour area, or for storage of a vehicle unrelated to Marina activities.

Guests of berth holders

If you are heading out on the harbour with guests and your guests require a parking permit you will need to make arrangements with the Marina Office.  Please contact the Marina Office and subject to demand we will endeavour to provide you with temporary additional permits to enable your guests to park their vehicles at Westhaven while they accompany you out on the harbour, but for no other purpose.

Visitors - use white spaces and observe time limits

All other users, including guests of berth holders and the general public, who don't have permits can park in the white parking spaces, but please check the signage carefully first and observe the time restrictions. If you don’t have a permit, please don’t park in the yellow spaces. Enforcement applies and you may receive a ticket, or be towed.

If you are going out on a charter at Z Pier, pay and display parking is available.

Overnight motorhome or caravan parking is also available at the Z Pier carpark on a pay and display basis for up to four consecutive days, for certified self contained vehicles only. There is no kitchen or dishwash facilities. There is a dump station on site, but no water or power supply. Sorry, motorhomes aren't permitted to use Westhaven's other carpark facilities.
