At full occupancy
Customer Services co-ordinator Ann Power says that it’s always difficult to tell a hopeful customer that there is no berthage available, but with the marina is at full occupancy so far this summer, the team can only do its best.
With the summer season fast approaching Westhaven is almost at capacity with only a few 8m and 10m fingered berths available between now and the end of December. The customer services staff are fielding calls and emails daily and will do their upmost to accommodate customers were possible. This can sometimes involve ‘berth hopping’ to fulfil everybody’s needs. Whilst occupancy being at 99% is a great result on one hand the customer service team don’t like having to turn people away. If you know someone who intends to book a berth with Westhaven before Christmas please advise them to contact us quickly to discuss their options.
